SkyDive Parachute Medicals at UK

People who are interested in skydiving, especially tandem jumping, are more than welcome to come to us for skydive and parachute medicals so that we can assess whether or not it is safe for them to jump. A medical certificate is required from someone who suffers from any of the following medical conditions, in any combination:

• • Epilepsy / Seizures
  • Recurrent Blackouts
  • Brain or Nervous System Disease
  • Significant Head Injury
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Heart Disease
  • Lung Disease
  • Diabetes
  • Mental Illness
  • Substance Misus

The list is not exhaustive so if you’re not sure then book an appointment for your SkyDive / Parachute Medicals to ensure you are safe when sky diving!

  • Medical Form 115d (Solo)
  • Full GP Medical Records
  • Medication
  • Photo ID
  • Last Medical Certificate – if applicable
  • Glasses / Contact Lenses if worn
