SkyDive Parachute Medicals at UK
People who are interested in skydiving, particularly tandem jumping, are welcome to come to us for skydive and parachute medicals in order to determine whether or not it is safe for them to jump. People who suffer from any one of the following medical problems are needed to provide a medical certificate:
- Epilepsy / Seizures
- Recurrent Blackouts
- Brain or Nervous System Disease
- Significant Head Injury
- High Blood Pressure
- Heart Disease
- Lung Disease
- Diabetes
- Mental Illness
- Substance Misus
The list is not exhaustive so if you’re not sure then book an appointment for your SkyDive / Parachute Medicals to ensure you are safe when sky diving!
Please remember to bring with you:
- Medical Form 115b (Tandem)
- Medical Form 115d (Solo)
- Full GP Medical Records
- Medication
- Photo ID
- Last Medical Certificate – if applicable
- Glasses / Contact Lenses if worn
